Everything is excellent and the staff are amazing especially the receptionist, Mr Sameh Istafenof
Areas for improvement:
The pool is not heated. Bathroom light is not bright.

The staff were very polite, kind and helpful especially the reception staff who were finalizing the onboarding process. Restaurant was very good with variety of cuisines.
